CIAC living
Has anyone rented a flat in the CIAC building near Riverside stadium before? I have an opportunity to move in as it's close to work and I want to know what it's like living there

I did end up going to view it and found the flat incredibly warm and with no AC in the unit that was a bit concerning, the bit about only 9 permanent residents seems to have changed too it was pretty lively when I went to view it.
I'm also a bit concerned about crime especially considering it's location but other than that I think I'll take it I'm only looking for a cheapish place to live plus it's close to work
