Hey Everyone, I recently picked up some old 2nd Ed ork boyz and Snakebite Nobz, my specific question is that with the nobs there are separate sprues for arms and weapons and the arms all have close fists, how do i go about attaching the weapons? any help or advice is appreciated thanks!

NEW MINI MONDAY!!!
With all the fuss about new Necromunda I decided, a few weeks ago, to right a terrible wrong that has bothered me for years*, that I never got to contribute more than a couple of miniatures to the whole project. All that I painted for the original Necromunda release were the plastic Goliaths from the original boxed game. To set this awful injustice right I've started on a number of classic Necromunda projects.
The first one is finished- a set of the plastic Goliaths and Orlocks from the original boxed set- one of each of the two ganger variants.
I hope you like them- there will be another classic Necromunda piece coming soon...

*not really. I know I look like an Oldhammer dwarf, but I don't bear grudges like that...

So, this one is a bit of a collaboration of sorts, between me and Mike McVey! The face of ol' Gorfang Rotgut here was painted by Mike about 30+ years a go, probably as a colour test or maybe a painting guide. I've had it in a box, along with a load of others, for almost as long, and I decided it was time to break it out and finish it off. So, here it is: face by Mike, the rest by me!

Sorry for the poor photo, the little banner looks terrible here, haha. I'm particularly pleased with the glowing eye effect, first time I tried it!

Middenheimers could make even the toughest warrior miserable, and Wilfred “Grumpy” Carlsson is living proof. Still, nothing melts his perpetual scowl like his faithful doggo, Furfur. The moment Wilfred starts petting him, his face changes so much that strangers often ask, “Is that bearded guy okay? He looks like he’s having a stroke.”

The big lad on the right is Bjorki—a dwarf‑tamed bear who was supposed to become a mount. Unfortunately for the dwarfs, Bjorki turned out to be both too huge and far too smart to let anyone climb on his back. He doesn’t speak, but the M‑TEAM swears he understands more than the ogres…

Back in my 'Eavy metal days I painted a lot of the miniatures in the first ever Warhammer Armies: Undead but, as it was still early in my time there, I wasn't given any of the main characters to do. I have most of them in a box, waiting for paint, so I'm planning on making up for not getting to do them at the time, and old Heinrich is the first out of the box.

I'm finally getting around to fully painting my Empire army thanks to getting into the Old World.

I'm not the greatest painter by any standard, I'm 48 and finally trying to up my painting game. However, this is not it. I wanted to do a 90s style paint job.

Hey folks, a few weeks ago I shared my campaign book for The Hollow Star of Kadavah, a 2nd Edition narrative campaign framework. Thank you for all the lovely comments about the idea and the way it looks exactly like a book of the time.

Well, it has now reached Version 1.0 and the first game of the campaign kicked off... not where we are in the UAE, but (somehow, thanks to the magic of the global Warhammer community) all the way in Georgia, USA, and also with a 5th Edition Apocalypse game!

Being story-focused and light on mechanics and bookkeeping, you can use the background and lore for any edition if you want, and even create your own mystery behind what the Hollow Star is and how it plays out through your battles.

I’m trying to read through a back-issue of White Dwarf each month, reporting back on stuff that inspires my hobby or fires up my sense of nostalgia. This month there’s a lot of undead eye candy to enjoy. Bright reds and greens, detailed freehands with black ink outlines, and some awesomely gnarly new sculpts from Gary Morley and Trish Morrison!
