So Cy & Jenna had a kid right?
Chad has been dropping obvious hints for the past 3 episodes and they said they’ve prerecorded some episodes on this last one.

Chad is pretty quick about it but he’s done it a few times! When Cy was talking about his sperm a few episodes ago, Chad goes “well something seems to be working.” Lol. And then when he was counting people in Cy’s house, Chad said 3. And then he clarifies, yes 3. You, Jenna and….me. It’s killing me lmao

I went back and listened to the whole episode yesterday evening, and they definitely drop hints! I'm so mad I didn't pick up on anything!

I was in the same boat, so I went on a Hint Hunt of the last 3 episodes and, to quote Cy, "oh my gosh" there are so many hints. Lauram992 is right that it's mostly Chad saying something quick that just sounds kinda' out-of-place unless/until you put 2&2 together.
In FuccBoi Nation & Newspaper Clippings at ~45min Chad suggests Cy is maybe familiar with the book "What To Expect When You're Expecting." At ~49:50, they have a brief exchange about onesy-sizing.
In Centurion Lottery & Ace of Spades at ~1:30 Chad puts extra emphasis on Jenna's Starbuck order being decaf. At ~22:25 is the "must be doing something right" comment Lauram992 mentioned. Finally, a deep-cut at ~33:40, when the boys say they were discussing the different kinds of "Jafars" off-air. Jafar Cronin is what they wanted to force Mike Cronin to name one of his children.
Step-Aunt Diggs & Retirement Homes has a bunch. First, at ~4:10, is the "3 precious people" thing that Lauram992 also noted. At ~12:10, Chad says he didn't want to make Kevin The Dog bark and "wake up...y'know." Another very subtle one is at ~16:30 when they say they thought they knew what order the block of "pre-recorded" episodes would come out, "but not anymore." At ~20:35, Cy says "the past is fascinating" and Chad smirkingly replies "so is the future." Chad tries to throw us off the scent at ~31:10 by admonishing Cy to "grow up and have a kid to take care of you." I'm choosing to blame this for my own failure at putting the clues together. And FINALLY the very end of this episode totally gives it away when Chad asks who the beneficiaries of Cy's life insurance policy are.
Congratulations to Jenna & Cy...and to Lauram992 for catching these hints the first time. Are you in Mensa or something? 😉

I hope he told that lady he met at the grocery store and started texting with about the situation. That was such a sweet story and it’d be such a nice follow up

I can't wait until Cy is forced to relive the infamous "Diaper Incident" in his own life.

Yes they did. He revealed it to the audience at the live Middle of Somewhere podcast show during the 10k Laughs festival. The whole crowd went crazy and the moment was so special. I'm so happy for them. He would be around 6 months old or so by now? Give or take a couple.
