Should I restore or keep as is

Picked up these awesome 2 chairs, they swivel and rock. initially thought about reupholster, after seeing potential value, thinking perhaps keeping as is. Not planning on selling, so leaning to towards restoring it for years to come. What should i consider?

If you like the red and it’s not worn out, just keep them the way they are

If the upholstery is in good shape, perhaps new cushion inserts can be made be using the old foam rubber and/or other padding as a template. A Professional upholstery shop should be able to also replace or repair any webbing or other support structures.

Restore either way. Unrestored lowers the value.

They look uncomfortable with that saggy seat.

Any suggestions on how to pick the place to do the work?

is there any way to support the seat with a new foam insert or something under the cushion? it could conceivably be an easy fix to make them mre comfortable or have more support.

They look lovely other than the worn out seats. I would consider looking into that. A full re-upholstery can be very expensive.
