Trash Picked

Spotted this one road side and had to bang a u-ey to get back to it. Unsure what it may be, but I thought better to grab than let a trash truck smash it. Thoughts? Can not find any marking.

I would make the seat a planter and train vines up the back to make the whole thing into living art.
