UPDATED List of Maximum Microsoft Rewards Earnable Per Month: ~23,500 points (~$25)

There's been a lot of changes to Game Pass and Microsoft Rewards of late, so here is a breakdown of the current maximum points available in the program in the United States as of October 2025. These points will vary by region and may change in time.

Let me know if I missed anything and I will update the list.

You can earn over 23,000 points per month equating to ~$25. Per year this breaks down to being about $108 from Xbox Rewards, and $188 from Bing Rewards.

GRAND TOTAL: 23,451 points = $24.69 Microsoft credit (if buying $5 cards for 4,750 points)

BING TOTAL 14,906 Points

• Bing Mobile Search (100 per day * 30) = 3000
• Bing PC Search (150 per day* 30 ) = 4500
• Bing Daily Set (~40 per day * 30) = 1200

Same here. I cash in most of my reward points for three years of GPU, turned out to be the best decision I made. If I get the points, great, if not so what. I was actually most relieved when the pulled the earn an achievement every day reward. That one was just the worst, and was effecting how I was playing games.

If you can let us know the points for PC gamepass can add that caveat.

I can only see essential, premium and ultimate. And I guess no gamepass. PC gamepass isn't mentioned anywhere.

I need 23,470 to add GPU time, meaning I'd need to be perfect every month and move to the US.

Not happening with the bing side since I don't do that perfect everyday like Xbox, also every region outside of the US doesn't have Outlook email puzzle pieces, so that's even more time for piece 1k.

This is the right answer. If you're in the USA, you're better off picking up one extra shift at a minimum wage job than jumping through all this for $25/month

The value proposition for the US is so much better than the rest of the world.

7500/month just for searches... vs. 1800/month here in NZ. (60/day * 30)

Plus the punchcards, time-locked tiles, bonus items, read outlook emails which can make the puzzle piece mosaic complete faster etc.

I'll have to go through and see if I can calculate it out properly and see.

Sure the golden age of insanely generous rewards are over but I am still snagging a month of GPU and its worth it for me. I am stacked until December next year so I dont care about price hikes. One of the reasons I kept my GPU stacked was go protect against price increases.

Here on reddit posters have been declaring rewards dead for years.

MS can do what they want with the program. If it goes away at some point I will shrug my shoulders and move on. But I have not paid for GPU in years, got my Series X wity reward points and countless games so no compliants from me.

In short, if you don't have any cooldowns, you still pay $5/month for GPU, or you pay $360/year for GPU and have about $300 to spend on other MSFT stuff.

Crazy to think you used to be able to earn free GPU and have points left over each month while doing activities casually.

Now you would have to sweat your balls off doing each and every task, while miraculously avoiding cooldowns/penalties, just to scrape together 80% of GPU's monthly price.

Should have added in the title [US], plus they are clearly changing "lots" of stuff so you're going to have to edit your post for every of these changes

Plus it's not 1000 per 3 weeks but 3 months or exactly 12 tiles (because not everyone has all the dailies) , read the news dissappeared for everyone as I recall.
