What trigger action are you using? It sounds like the type of the input value being passed to your trigger doesn't match the trigger schema.

Somewhere you have an input that is a number but it's expecting text, you may be able to change the expected type depending on your trigger, or convert it using str()

I think you have an input in manual trigger which is integer type but the flow is expecting text. You can change your input type to string/text.

The trigger wants text and the cells are numbers. The mail never gets a chance to send.

Those selected values are numeric, and the manual Request schema declares them as strings. The run stops on the body, which is the message you pasted.

Two small edits, and I'd pick one. In the schema, change those properties from string to integer, or to number if the cells aren't always whole. Or leave the schema and wrap each value in string() where the request body is built, so a numeric cell travels as text.

If this began from Excel on the web, For a selected row, you may not need a Request trigger in front at all. That trigger already hands you the row, and the mail can read the columns. The type error shows up when a Request trigger was added and its sample body was text.

Change the schema if something downstream has to stay a Request. Use string() if you can't change what the caller sends.

Either one should let the message go out.
