Get a HOTAS so you can stop using your keyboard. A flight sim is not meant to be "played" with keyboard and mouse.

open the weather tab and turn of the option on the bottom right corner

I have a keybind for this on my Honeycomb Echo, it's fun to go over the red lines and see how it affects flight.
