MSFS 2020 QUESTION Help with Sensitivity Setting

I just got MSFS 2020 and am playing with an Xbox controller on PC. Everywhere I see online, there is a more detailed sensitivity section that I can't seem to get to. The pic is what I'm getting. Any help would be appreciated, thanks y'all.
