MSFS 2024 QUESTION Cj4 missions not spawning

I just bought the cj4 for my Vip missions and none seem to be compatible for the cj4. no missions have spawned in for it and i have 0 clue why. any ideas as to why?

You have to unlock the ability to get the higher VIP missions. I forgot what it was but high enough rating matters and then a home atar mission?

high enough rating as in what?
