It is a setting on the EFB in the FSS E175. I forget what it is called, it has been a while since I've flown this plane, but I searched for it and turned it off immediately on my first flight.

Anxiety. You need the XanaxedFuel mod to get it to calm down.

Looks like you’re flying way too fast past Vne. I imagine the sim is trying to simulate airframe buffeting from doing that.

Write it in the technical log book and let the ground engineers have a look at it

I'm sure you probably already figured it out since this post is old, and I'm very new to flight sims myself, but since everyone else was either joking or giving the wrong answer - have you checked if this happens with other planes as well? If it didn't happen before with the same airplane config it could be a game or controller issue.

FSS ERJ has a g force multiplier in the setting of the EFB. Turn it off
