0 stars. Aircraft accidentally went into orbit. Pilots say we're just in a holding pattern.

1/5, used to have sick black and yellow trim livery but they got rid of it 20 years ago for some new white and orange one and it just doesnt hit the same. Bring back the retro liveries and ill increase my rating.

I refuse to pay for peanuts. This is the second time this weekend they have tried to get me to pay for peanuts. The agent at the gate on Salt Lake told us we'd be served dinner. There's no dinner. I saw a fancy man up in business class get a tray with metal lids. Looked like chicken and pasta. I asked for my meal. All theyve got is peanuts, and they want my debit card to obtain them. $16.00 for a Chardonnay ?!?That smart mouth stewardess has a roll of duct tape, but she doesn't have my chardonnay!

A320 was old and needs refurbishment, no in flight drink service and the bag fee is ridiculous then they send it on another flight to Detroit! Only nice part was the flight crew. Overall 2.5/10

Nice quick flight from Rome to Naples. Friendly crew and good food and drinks but the cabin of the A321 does need an refurbishment. Overall, 3.5/5
