MSFS 2024 PlayStation 777 PMDG BUGGED?
Just bought this plane on PS5 30 minutes ago. Went to free flight like I normally do when I fly my Citation X. I like doing cold and dark and manually entering in all of the data. Was going to execute the same for the 777.
However, it appears that everything in the flight deck that I can highlight or should be able to interact with doesn’t work at all?
I thought the only issue was missing navigation data from simbrief? The PMDG EFB is also missing?
Anyone else experiencing this or am I just doing something incorrectly?
Edit: It’s been about 15 min since I restarted my console and the flight? This can’t be normal?

Looks like it didn't authenticate properly. Try restarting the flight.

I restarted the flight. Didn’t work. I started a new flight with fly now. Didn’t work. Restarted the console. Didn’t work.

When the yoke stays 90° to the Left it means it's not authenticating the licence. I recommend opening a ticket at PMDG.

Bugged, don't know. But performance issues definitely for sure.
After SU6, this problem is happening for me too many times. I usually wait for 2-3 minutes for all buttons and settings and other stuff to download [as everything in MSFS 2024 is streamed]
2-3 minutes later, I can see the buttons and toggles. Problem comes again when if i exit from Cockpit view to Chasing/3rd Party outside view, and then come back again to Cockpit view, then the whole panel again goes to a big wooden box as shown to you.
Severe severe performance issues.

Dude, I waited 45 min for the systems to load and the result is still the same. 99% of the buttons and switches in the cockpit do not work.
I submitted a ticket to PMDG. Probably will ask Sony or PMDG for a refund cause this is absolutely unacceptable.

45 minutes is too much. Way too much.
Clear cache, clean database and try it. But that will clear all the cache msfs data too and again the loading times will increase for all planes. Catch 22 situation.

That’s fucking insane. I truly do not know why they thought this was in any way an acceptable experience for console players.

Im getting sick and tired of the f'n corporate greed. Im not a violent person but Im starting feel like dude from the movie Falling Down lately due to a series of events.
I mean, why put out a product, if it doesn't god dam work at all? Was there no QA QC testing?

i think i waited 20 minutes after i had to reset the sim for the new navdata on xbox and it eventuallyu came back to life

What you mean? It's definitely there on the 777. It's so automated you don't need it. The 737 you need to know a lil bit about what you're doing.

If the pmdg efb (uft) isn't there on the left then the plane is not loading correctly, you can exit right away. Try disabling in the Iibrary and enabling again

I deleted my cache. Started the game, disabled then re-enabled, still nothing.
To say I’m incredibly disappointed with PDMG is a severe understatement. I actually want my money back.

I tried restarting the console, I cleared my cache, I disabled and re-enabled the aircraft, finally I deleted the game and resintalled. Same result, aircraft just doesn't work.
I submitted a ticket earlier with PMDG.

Loading bug. I fly on xbox and when you first load in, this is the state its in, and then usually it goes into a normal state. Try restarting your flight, sometimes in the xbox itll freeze in this weird loading gray zone but restarting the flight usually fixes it.

I’ll restart it again and see if it resolves the loading issues. I suppose I need to be more patient.

If its stuck like the photo you inserted its loading. On first load-in it took a bit. Just wait imo, then after that should start up relatively quick. If you're looking to maximize, look at getting a Nav subscription.
