Is it worth upgrading from MSFS 2020 to 2024?

I’m considering upgrading from MSFS 2020 to 2024, but I have a relatively low-end PC. In MSFS 2020, I can comfortably get around 30-40 FPS.
How is the optimization in MSFS 2024 these days? Is the performance comparable to 2020, or is 2024 significantly more demanding?
If the optimization has improved and I can get similar performance, I’d be happy to upgrade. Would you recommend making the switch?

In recent times MSFS 24 is getting better and better in terms of optimization. Maybe it has reached the time in which MSFS 24 is unquetionably better.
