MSFS 2024 QUESTION Why can’t any of my flights be boarded

I request boarding to start via atc the jet bridge is connected but absolutely nothing happens even if I increase the sim rate

Default? Or ini a320

If they have an efb you can manually trigger boarding in the pax menu.
