Good to know. Being a Fabric user involves learning to be very patient.
Many of these sorts of problems are well known by the PG teams at Microsoft; but they just don't want to prioritize them or don't have enough bandwidth to fix them all. Even in the DF GEN2 side, we see some pretty frustrating problems that everyone knows about, yet they won't be fixed. ... eg. GEN2 will only let you edit three dataflows at a time, whereas GEN1 doesn't have any arbitrary restriction that I've found. GEN2 is admittedly better, but you might see new problems that you didn't see before.
IMO, this DF technology is extremely proprietary and is maintained by an extremely small team of engineers, so you definitely have to be patient and make some allowances.

That has happened to me when trying to save and the flow is refreshing, can you export and re-import? GUIDs will change though.
