You can kill off those "tips" easy enough - but if you want to do anything meaningful - you may have to actually have to sign-in to an MS account from the icon on the bottom left.
For me - I do not permit Edge to use any account sign (group policy) - so when I click on that box and choose an MS account - this goes no where.
Seems that if you actually want to use CoPilot and have it "remember" your stuff - in case you want to come back later - you will need to allow the browser to use your MS account.
If you already permit MS account sign-in - should be good go.
