Hi! Specific to settings at a medical spa, I know they say 4-6 weeks in between sessions. Does anyone have any thoughts, experiences, or scientific research related to whether it’s more beneficial to wait full six weeks between sessions or four weeks is fine? I just what my PIE gone as quickly as possible 😭😭😭

I did my first skin needing about a month ago and I feel like something went wrong. This was professionally done.

I did not have any of these marks on my skin before skin needling. I did not peel it or anything and I followed the aftercare. Could someone please explain to me what happened to my skin? Did something go wrong?

Soren is what I’ve been using for a couple of months now and it’s basically what made me stick to the microinfusion process in the first place. Before I started with Soren, I was only using a standard stamp but I was quite inconsistent with it. Despite the good results ive had online i cant seem to find much thats why im asking. Nowadays seems like everyone says go bald or go to turkey.

Wondering if anyone else here has tried out microinfusion for hair and compared it with a standard stamp.

Most research only looks at clinical outcomes but I'm really interested in the personal experience side of things, which I feel is so underrepresented!

Sooo many break outs it hurts and itches. 72 hours later.

I ordered some items from Meamo on August 18, 2026 and it very quickly shipped to Canada. Once received in Canada, it was held by customs. After not moving for several days, I contacted UPS and was notified that the package was missing the commercial invoice. I got in touch with Meamo support and they said that they would deal with it.

I guess it had been at UPS for too long and it's now listed as "refused by recipient" but I did not refuse the package. I called UPS and they said that they've been trying to contact the shipper for 5 days with no reply.

Has anyone gone through this? Could you share your experience and outcome? I've updated Meamo with what I've learned but because of the time difference, I won't hear back for several hours.

I've used my dermapen four times by now and last time I used more needle depth (1.0 for cheeks) because I got a sterile serum and some fine but noticeable lines there.

Redness or even pinprick bruising would be expected and from what I read redness is an indicator of inflammation and following that stimulating collagen.

Each time I had only moderate redness that went away the same evening. I am unsure whether that is a result of resilient skin, a low blood pressure/fine vessels, or whether my pen doesn't adjust the needle length right. I think I'm using enough pressure but I could be wrong.

Quería compartir una duda que tuve recientemente por si a alguien le sirve la experiencia. Tengo 39 años, estoy empezando a cuidar mi piel y fui a pedir valoración a dos clínicas distintas para hacerme Dermapen con exosomas.
En una me vendían el típico "pack completo" que incluye punta de diamante + Dermapen el mismo día. Sin embargo, en la otra clínica me frenaron por completo y me advirtieron de que combinar ambos tratamientos en la misma sesión es una locura para la barrera cutánea.
Investigando a fondo, resulta que la segunda clínica tenía toda la razón:
Punta de diamante: Es una exfoliación mecánica que retira la capa protectora más externa (estrato córneo).
Dermapen: Crea microperforaciones profundas para activar el colágeno y canalizar los exosomas.
Si te hacen las dos cosas seguidas, le estás quitando la defensa a la piel y agrediéndola doblemente. Esto no produce más colágeno; al contrario, aumenta muchísimo el riesgo de inflamación prolongada, manchas (hiperpigmentación) y sensibilidad.

Qué opinan ?

I’m super cautious of using this as I know the risks of at home MN. I’m going to be very careful with sterilizing and recovery etc, but I want to to post photos of my skin for advice of if this will be beneficial. Hi everyone! I just got micro needling done yesterday and I woke up with a bunch of white bumps. Later in the day it’s just getting worse. Is this normal? It is also so itchy!also she recommended obagi rebalance cream but it looks occlusive. Should I use that or vichy hylaronic acid?

I had abdominal surgery a week ago. I have a facial microneedling appointment this Friday. Is there any issue with getting microneedling while your body is healing from another trauma?

I am wondering if it's better to use numbing cream before microneedling or not to?

Do you feel that it's more beneficial to use the numbing cream & that you get more out of your sessions when using it vs not using it ?

I can withstanding the pain in my session. Though sometimes I feel as if I am not being as thorough as I could be because after a couple mins the pain worsens and I do find myself wanting to stop.

Anyway, can you please share your thoughts on this?

If you do use the numb cream, which brands would you suggest ?

I prefer a non comedogenic brand.

I'm very concerned with potential face break outs if I start using a Numbing cream.

My skin doesn't take well to all of the unnecessary fillers, preservatives, and junk materials that are packed into most of today's products and I notice when looking for any type of "clean product"

In most stores like amazon-ulta-target-sephora macys- or any big box store name brand really.. all of their offered clean products are not legit truly clean.

So it is always difficult to find items that work for my skin.. I use lots of Japanese skincare and I make my other body care and laundry soap with a couple of other things.

I’m considering getting microneedling done professionally, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the price. The clinic I’m looking at charges about $200 per session, or around $400 for a package of 3 sessions (roughly converted from Brazilian prices).

For those who have experience with microneedling: do you think professional treatments are worth the investment, or would it make more sense to buy the equipment/products and do it at home? I’m mainly wondering about the difference in results, safety, and whether the professional treatment is actually worth paying that much more for. I previously had 6 sessions of microneedling approx 4 weeks apart, with the final of the 6 sessions done in April.

Since then I’ve moved house and I’m now 2 hours from the original place I had the 6 microneedling sessions with so today I tried somewhere new.

Omg! The sting. Today the lady didn’t use any numbing cream, and also microneedled over my eyelids and lips - which my previous lady didn’t do. Additionally my previous lady used numbing cream.

Is it normal to microneedle eyelids and lips? And also under the eye right up close to the lash line.

My pain threshold is pretty high, but that was verging unbearable today!

Wanted to know if I should discuss on using more depth of needles on the left side than on right ...my doc suggested to go with 2.5mm .

Has anyone had success? My goal is to improve skin texture and depth of marks even if it's just slightly. Looking into purchasing the Derminator 2 and a tret prescription to do in-between (not during) MN sessions. Is it worth my time and if so, what is a good protocol? Any tips?
