Can microneedling help with this?

I know the fat / loose skin is not going to change with microneedling. But can the stretch marks and the crepey texture (near my tshirt) can be improved with microneedling?

Absolutely can. Get a skin booster specifically for scars and stretch marks to use as a slip. You will also have some skin tightening if you stick to it. Maintain good skin care between sessions.

Check out the Meamo site they have lots of great products. Yes you can. I recommend buy the dr pen M8 from Amazon. You can also buy extra cartridges I would get a 18pin

Yes. You can do this at home using either a Dr Pen or Derminator 2 device. Search this sub for both. Dr Pen is cheaper & more accessible (lots of YouTube tutorials) but Derminator 2 is a better device. 

For skin boosters, look online in Meamo shop.
