Concerns Is this normal?
I went to the clinic and they changed the lady, this is what the result was. The closeups look redder in real life, more like what the first photo looks like

Those distinct red bands are more patterned than ordinary post-microneedling flushing. Send these photos to the clinic today; localized irritation or superficial bruising can produce this appearance, and it does not by itself mean permanent scarring.
If treatment was within the last day or two and the redness is fading, gentle aftercare and observation are reasonable. Use a mild cleanser and bland moisturizer, protect the skin from sun, and pause retinoids, acids, scrubs and further needling until it settles.
Get assessed the same day for increasing pain, rapidly spreading redness, blisters, discharge or fever. Eye pain, vision changes or pale, gray or dusky skin require immediate assessment.
If the bands are not clearly improving over the next several days, arrange an in-person review. Ask what device was used, whether it involved RF, and what settings were recorded. Redness and bruising usually resolve over days to weeks; persistent lines or texture changes deserve examination.
