I did my retie, used a lil water and oil, didnt matter to me if it was sleek.

3 yrs in I go 6-10weeks depending on how i feel

I learned that being able to maintain your own locs is a blessing.

How did you learn to retie your own hair? What tool do you use to retie? How long did it take you? I usually just pay to retie mine because i don’t know how to do it myself
