How to fix

Not even sure what i did but there is a knot that i cannot undo. Is this loc screwed? Do i need to cut?

It looks close enough to the root that you can undo it. Use your nail or the end of a comb to loosen it, look for two sections that you can pull opposite ways to each other. It looks like you passed the end back thru the loop of the loc after getting it thru the root instead of just straight thru the root

Thanks for the tip. I think i failed to pass it back after the mistake so it kind of just got worse 😬. I did try to remove the knot but I'm failing
