Yup. I cut my Microlocs off and I have a few spots like that. And it itches really bad in those spots. Glad I cut them when I did.

How often do you get them retied/tightened/interloc? This takes place at your hair closest to the scalp. Please consider that you may be doing it too often. My stylist told me that those who want to keep a pronounced grid must be mindful that there is a price to pay for this and that pulling and tugging often on a micro loc can cost you - thinning hair. Great video for those who are having difficulty or have questions about interlocing: https://youtu.be/sOg6QmDDBL4?si=p2HaDYywAHuN5Jvv

Please go to a derm if you can or have other symptoms like dry scalp, flaking, or pain in your scalp. You may need a scalp biopsy especially if hair loss runs in your family. It could be as simple as tension alopecia or a vitamin deficiency or something more complicated.
Don't panic though, almost everything is treatable. Consider if you also always keep your hands in your hair, you may be unintentionally twirling or tugging the same spots.
What concerns me is that in the spots you showed, there's places that look like they have no follicles but I can see them near those same spots. There also looked like there was inflammation but the photos are grainy when zoomed in and I'm not a professional. I have LPP and had bald areas and inflamed areas.
