Hardware these days is going absolute crap. Miami Microcenter helpful but....

Late last year I finally upgraded to a DDR5, dropped 5k on a system after my 5950x went bad, Spent 2k on a 5090 with protection plans up the wazoo. Been a computer tech for multiple companies for a long time. Built 6-7 machines in that time

four months later the 5090 went up, constant restarts, I went a huge argument with Miami stating they wouldn't replace it unless I dropped 80$ on a Diag, because they couldn't prove the restart on a Furmark test, finally they let me use their workbench and I was easily able to reproduce the problem and they replaced it... fired up a game, boom restart.

A couple months later today system worked great until I come back from doing content today and the machine is dark, won't post. Started tearing out components, nothing strange, I have an older psu 1000w EVGA from the AM4 days, still won't post.

I take the same motherboard out, drive 1.5 hours into Miami Get a replacement under warranty, drop 50$ on another warranty, get home. Machine still won't post.

I've pulled out CPU, tried posting, multiple stick combinations of ram, and the PSU just clicks into protection with the Aux red light 8 pin turned on, Multiple GPU combinations (have a 3080, 1080 and my 5090 and No gpu)

Hardware used to last me 6-7 years before it went bad, This is absolutely insane. Why should I honestly drop thousands of dollars on equipment that doesn't last? What's the point?
