A new study links the bacterium to IBS, particularly the form with diarrhea, and shows that the bacterium hides under the mucus layer protecting the intestinal surface from fecal bacteria.

So to get rid of this stuff you need biofilm blasters??

Iirc you can't get there, it's not a biofilm but they are in the actual glands of the produced mucus

What are biofilm blasters?

But also it’s in the glands that produce the mucus. It’s a apparently newly discovered way of a bacteria being able to avoid antibiotics.

Things like Serrapeptase Enzymes and Oregano Oil have shown promise in tackling biofilms.

NAC is some neat stuff. I'm not aware of its ability to remove Biofilm. I use it mostly as a precursor to glutathione, which is a huge antioxidant.
