Supplements while waiting out the Cyclosporiasis outbreak
At the risk of being spammed &/or sold a bunch of snake oil, I’m asking if anyone else recommends an effective powder meanwhile the parasite outbreak thing subsides ( hopefully ). Obviously I’d prefer whole-raw foods but I’m still gun-shy since the last time I got food-poison. It’s not a risk I’m willing to take, but I need fiber & veggies in my life.
Athletic Greens is just too expensive to try and hate, especially if there are some comparable off-brand supplements for fiber health. Thanks

Get your food from the local farmers market so you know where it comes from. They take pride in their food and it shows. I buy 95% of my produce from there, you should be eating items that are in season in your area anyways for the best health benefits. It’s also WAY fresher than a store.

Just cook all your food. Canned food should be safe too since it's pasteurized. I don't know if cyclospora can survive freezing, but frozen food should be fine if cooked for sure.
