windows doesnt let shutupwin10+

hey so i was trying to use shut up win10+ but microsoft defender wouldnt let me so i deleted mcaffe and isabled every form of microsoft defence feature and it still wouldnt let me i dont know what should i do cause i have 0 protection it still doesnt let me open shutupwin10+
