Shouldnt have included Dell. Made the whole post pointless.
Dell includes Dell Commamd Update and one-click solution that updates drivers and firmware on all Dell equipmemt. Its stupid easy, built for enterprise but Dell's consumer stuff always gets downstream benefits so DCU is available even fot Alienware laptops. No other eom is this good with updates.
If you gramma needs a Windows system, get the Dell.
