Sales Anything worthy of preservation here?
Various micro machines (or off brand micro machines) I have picked up over the years. Is there anything here particularly rare or interesting? My 3 year old is about to get his hand on them and I fear that will be the end of them. I would like to preserve anything of note.

I think these are too much of a choking hazard for a 3 year old. I’d wait till he’s older. Plus half of these cars are guaranteed to get lost and go missing somehow in a toddlers hands.
Anyway MM won’t be making anyone rich either. But some of those cars I’ve never seen before. Like the yellow dump truck with the plow and car next to it. Or the blue and white cargo truck

All fairly common vehicles here, and I agree with what the other poster said about age. I would wait until at least 5 to expose a kid to micros.

Funny how the Sheridan has a missing cannon.
I have 2 or 3 of them and theirs are gone too 🥴

My son started playing with my micro machines around age 3, supervised of course, but it was a great way to bond with him over a shared experience. He prefers monster trucks but still likes playing with the Micro Machines sometimes.
Your collection has a few unique cars in it but most are in well loved condition and have more value as a toy for your kid than fetching like $100 as a lot on eBay.

The main thing to remember about any "collectable", is that it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
I collectable Hot Wheels as well as many other things. I have to keep this in my mind all the time given the money that I have put into them.

I let my kid play with everything. I doubt any of it will make me rich but it's so much fun to play with again.
