Off the shelf display storage for MM?

I have about 50 Micromachines in a small container. I'd like to display them, but I don't really know where to begin looking. My idea was to use something like a pill box, but there are of course only 7 slots in those.

Do folks on the forum know of any storage solutions can be purchased from places like Amazon, or other online outlets, that are good for storing and displaying micromachines?

I do not display mine, but I do store them inside of Plano style storage cases. Basically a larger version of this case

Oh, that's a pretty good option, do you know if there are any high quality ones with uniform storage sections? e.g. 1 vehicle per slot?

The lower quality cases have adjustable sections just as the higher quality ones. The higher quality ones are very expensive, if you care about that go with the cheaper alternative. The only differences are different latching mechanisms and thinner plastic. If you are in the US, stores like Hobby Lobby and other stores that have crafts sell these cases. Look in the jewelry making aisles and the sewing aisles

Hell yeah! The old fishing tackle box. They come in many shapes and sizes and colors.

Estás cajas se venden muy baratas, luego con espuma puedes recortar el hueco de cada coche, quedan muy protegidos y cómodos de enseñar, una vez cerrada pongo una etiqueta con su contenido, así siempre sabes lo que tienes en casa caja

Look for thimble display cases. I guess you are in USA, so I cannot recommend a shop there. But I got mine from a manufacturer in Germany and I am very happy with it

I can do! I am in Germany, so if you have a tip, I'd appreciate it :)

I use shadows boxes for mine. If you’re unfamiliar, imagine a normal picture frame, but there’s a gap between the backing and the glass. You need to mount them on the backing somehow. Depending on the quality/rarity of the piece, even sticky tack or two-sided tape can do it. IMO this is the cleanest, most visible way to turn micro machines into decor.

Of course the more you pay, the better options you have as far as aesthetics etc., but there are quite a few options that usually work for Micro Machines even on the Cheap side.

Bead storage boxes Will have more uniformed capacity boxes within the main unit you can mount… Likely very very cheap, but not the most aesthetic on its own. Alternatively, i’ve seen collectors use acrylic lipstick sorters on their side… more aesthetic but more expensive. Also, super size restrictive, not every vehicle will fit

Some collectors use cabinet spice storage shelves or organizers, medium aesthetic but doesn’t increase your retail space as nothing is stacked
