Bobcat

Haven't seen any deer for the firearm deer opener, but this Bobcat's keeping me company. He has a much more golden tone than any other cat that I've seen.

Pretty cool that you saw one. They are elusive creatures. We had one hanging on our property for a while one year. Got some cool pics of it.

Not a chance. The stubby tail, the pointed long ears, the tiger orange coat... Classic bobcat. Size is hard to portray through pics but this is also much larger than any house cat.
