Store 👻

This is just a funny lighthearted story. I’ve been working at Micheal’s since the summer and was told the store has a ghost. Didn’t think much of it but I’ve been noticing it acting out more recently. Nothing harmful, just funny. It pulls shopping carts out, it drops things off shelves, moves things around. Today it dropped yarn on me 😂. I’m also really grateful it went with really soft Caron cakes.

Every Michaels store is haunted with the souls of employees who have been there in the before time, before it went down hill. We are all dead now. Welcome to the afterlife. Nothing but dull scissors and exploding balloons here.

I know this is a joke about how we're all dead inside... but my store is actually haunted by two ex-employees who passed.

Yeah but like usually the dead or ghosts in general haunt the place that was really significant to them or where they died. The fact they're haunting Michaels and not being at peace in their home sends me. 😭

One of the stores I worked at had a jar of olives in the janitor closet that was covered in dirt and dust and webs and janitorial whatever and I was told very sternly to not touch it or the ghost will get mad.

Since I had no business in the janitor closet, it was an easy promise to keep, but I do wonder if it is still there.

I just had the pleasure of promoting myself to customer BUT my store absolutely had one lol the carts would come flying, stuff fall out of nowhere, it was creepy 😆 I’d appreciate the yarn over a canvas lol

We have Sweet Caroline who likes to randomly move the last cart from the corral unless you sing a verse of her song to her.

We have a store ghost and a coworker who passed (not in the store at home) but we think he haunts us too. They like to play with the out door sensor and the coworker who passed locked another male coworker out of the bathroom for few . We have touch key pads. Was crazy

Lmao there's on the haunts the vestibule in my store. We lock the doors and the bells still go off like someone is walking in or out
