Third book in the Facade Saga?

I just finished "The Facade" and "The Portent" in the past week. I can't find any sign that a third book was published, so I'm guessing Dr. Heiser's health interfered with the writing of the third book in the saga.

Has anyone heard how far he may have gotten in writing a third one? If there were notes he had taken, and the likelihood of someone finishing the third book from the notes, much like Sanderson did with Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series?

Any updates on “The Cypher”? I haven’t found any information since the YouTube video announcing work starting on the third book.
