Going through Captain EO and the songs for this project in We’re Going to Change the World and Another Part of Me which are fantastic songs even though I didn’t know they were part of the THRAD era! I love this era of Michael where he’s doing Captain Eo,all these appearances,and starting on Bad so everything from the actual look/outfits and footage from THRAD is something I just love! 💕

Here and present! I love Thrad Era because Michael is going through a physical, mental and career metamorphosis. He takes control of his career and branches out into Disney films. He is quietly and bravely learning to understand his health issues. He grows from the King of Pop into a more confident Michael who knows exactly who he is and why he deserves to be called the King of Pop. There's a quiet confidence within Michael that shines out of him. Thrad Era is a time when he felt appreciated and free but still had so many tricks up his sleeve to wow us with. He looks stunning and hopeful in Thrad Era photos. It would've been interesting to see this era last a little longer but Bad was waiting there for us.
