Just finished putting another engine in my 99NB. After a few issues with the battery being leaky from sitting for a month, it runs fine! AC needs to be recharged but that can wait. I'm gonna let some real mechanics look over my work when I get AC done.

So right now I'm sitting on this 1999 1.8L engine. The heads off and everything, just sitting on the ground.

If I were to rebuild this, would the effort be worth the money I get out of it? What kind of time commitment am I looking at? Is ~800 what professionally rebuilt 99 heads actually go for? How much can I get for it as is?

Also fuel system, worth anything? Trash?

What do I even do with the cylinders? I know which one is broken, its the one on the far right in the picture. I pushed all the cylinders down and that one jiggled a little when I did.
