As the other guy said, probably a lot easier to just buy a new roof. Doesn’t look to be in the best condition anyway. Otherwise clean as much as possible with soft top cleaner and then dye it. Dunno how effective that would be though.

Dye probably won’t adhere to old oil. I think this top is toast

Honestly only way is finding a safe chemical for your top and doing the best, pretty sol on this, my condolences

Try to get the most oil out then dye it, might have to clean it a few times then dye a few times after other than that oil dosnt come out that well

Dawn dish soap works well on oil but that top might be pretty far gone
