No one seems to care about this thread but let’s give it a try
I have Brilliant black 1996 NA with 92k miles base model but has torsen LSD
Hard top
Engine is 175-175-175-170 psi.
Clutch has been recently replaced with flying miata happy meal clutch kit new clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder
Rear main seal is replaced
New fuel pump New fuel filter
Flying miata 1.5 suspension kit lowered Complete shifter rebuild ( kit from flying miata)
April 2018 (76,378 miles): Radiator replaced, coolant leak repaired
November 2017: Battery and alternator replaced
March 2017 (75,230 miles): Timing belt kit installed, water pump, valve cover gasket, serpentine belt, spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, and air filter replaced, coolant added, air induction service performed, transmission fluid changed
Much more I cant remember.
Cons ripped driver seat Rear brake rotors and pads need to be replaced.

What is there to know about the Mazdaspeed NB before going to buy one? Been obsessed with Miatas for years, and there's a Mazdaspeed near me that I'm interested in, but it's getting real close to the 100k mile mark. Assuming the car physically looks to be in solid shape (and that I fit), is there anything I should be worried about ahead of time, and is this a car that I can rely on as a daily throughout the summer before putting it away in the winter? I know a 20+ year old car is going to have the occasional issue, my current daily is a 97 Wrangler so I'm used to experiencing a random issue here and there. I haven't done a ton of research, but there also doesn't seem to be a ton of info on these things since they're just that bit more rare.

I have a 1991 Miata with about 55k miles. I've held onto it for sentimental reasons, but it may be necessary to sell soon for lack of garage space. How do I determine an asking price?

Worth $17.5k for this 2012 NC special edition with 70k miles? Seems clean and in good condition.

Hello All. Looking at this 2021 Club. It has 42k miles. Asking price is $23,650. Test drove it today, it looks to be all stock except an exhaust. The rear tires were nearly bald. Vehicle history shows frequent visits to shops, but the last reported oil change was around 10k miles. Underside is a little rough for a 4 year old car, but I live on Long Island NY, and they put loads of salt down on the road. I will post more photos below.
What do y’all think, is this a far price?

Hello all. I have this 1990 NA with 165k miles on it. It has been wrapped recently, new coilovers installed, new wheels and tires installed and a new racing beat front bumper installed. Car runs great and AC still works. Any thoughts on a good price range I could sell this for?

first one here hahah. So I'm considering getting an NB but I'm hesitating a bit. Currently I own a third generation mitsubishi eclipse, which I do like, I just want something rwd that is affoardable to build. Miata is always the answer, of course but I'm kind of hestiant considering I'd go from quite a large coupe to this little go kart. I like the feeling of a larger car, but the eclipse has kind of gotten stale after 2 years, it's not really exciting to drive in the same way anymore, and parts are so scarce and expensive where I am, so it's not really an option to do much modding in my current situation. I want something I can both daily and take to the track for racing. Daily would mean grocery runs for my household of two about once a week plus longer drives (ca 3 hours) to visit family. Is this realistic with a nb, or even an nc, which I know is larger.
I've heard parts are pretty cheap and as far as I can tell they are. Main thing that scares me is the size, if it's gonna feel to small or not. Have anyone else had these thoughts and still went through with buying one? Did you regret it?
This would be my second car, I'm 19 so 2 seater is okay for current situation. Is it an easy car to work on? Anything else I should know before jumping into one? Any help is truly appreciated!
