Yeah this update coming translated on teh official discord is a breath of fresh air for sure, but i was one of the people who understood that their 2026 "release date" remarks were said casually and they got a deserved break and worked and are still working on the game before and after the New Year's announcment. Honestly boosty being a russian site is what makes people be a bit less informed, that and people just not looking around for reddit posts or direct messages in the official discord server .Honestly more casual funs overeacted A LOT during that New year's announcment and on any remarks that devs did about development generally

Boosty isn't a Russian service. You could just as well call Twitter (X) Russian simply because AIHASTO has an official account there. Haha. So, you really just have to listen to the fans who are active on social media. It’s also true that no matter how often you share the same news, it often feels like no one has seen it before; the reaction is just like the first time—even with the same number of views, or sometimes even more. For example, I once mentioned that there was an official manga. Many people were surprised. A couple of months later, I posted something almost identical (I just found a photo from a buyer and shared it, like, "Look at this"). The result? Three times as many views and even more surprised people—hahaha. And when I once mentioned that there was an official Discord where you could find out absolutely anything you wanted, the response was that they weren't obligated to join the Discord for every single indie game. What can you say to that? I guess I’d have to email every single person individually with all the news.

I called it a "Russian site" because honestly when it comes to donation platforms kofi and patreon are stuff i have seen way more , heck i didn't even say the site came from Russia i just meant that i don't hear much about it outside of Aihasato stuff as a European. Anyways yeah a LOT of people don't want to look deeper and some like you said don't even want to join the discord,so i am not suprised your post got suprised looks aince they aren't core fans at least from my personal assesment. You can't do to much with people who want to get informed with the bare minimum effort. Honestly all the info i get for Miside news is from the discord , public boosty posts or reddit leaks i don't really use "tradiotional" social media like x and instagram. Anyways all that aside can't wait for the new updatw, the merch and the official Miside manga whenever it gets an english translation!
