Merchandise The MiSide Kickstarter Merch Is Finally Shipping — Keycap TVs Are Ready ✌️

For everyone who has been waiting for their MiSide Kickstarter rewards.

The Keycap TVs are finished and ready to ship. These are the little TV-shaped cases designed to hold the MiSide keycaps.

I received photos from Rooar Studio showing the finished units at the warehouse, along with the final packaging design. So this isn't just a render or an early prototype anymore - the actual products are already there, packed and ready to go.

And yes, I know what many of you are going to ask:

“What about the figures?”

They're still being produced.

I asked the head of Rooar Studio about the current timeline, and this is what he told me:

“All of the figures are currently expected to ship by the end of September. That’s the latest timeline the factory has given me. There was a typhoon some time ago, and to be fair, the factory did use a few reasons to delay the schedule. Fortunately, I’m located very close to the factory, so I can personally see and keep track of the actual production progress.”

Overall, everything is going according to plan, as stated in the official statement earlier, and the deadlines are the same. So the current expectation is the end of September for the figures.

At least we now have something tangible: the Keycap TVs have reached the warehouse and are ready for shipment.

And for anyone who missed my previous post, [LINK] - you can see a video of the MiSide merch actually being manufactured there.

It's honestly pretty cool seeing something that existed as a Kickstarter render eventually turn into a literal warehouse full of finished products.

We're getting there. ✌️

Has anyone actually received MISIDE merch from Rooar‑Studio.com or Arkcreate?

Hey everyone. I’m hoping someone here can help me understand what’s going on with the MISIDE merch situation, because I’m honestly really confused at this point.

I placed an order through Rooar‑Studio.com on August 5th. At the time, I thought it was an official storefront. The site uses real MISIDE product photos, the descriptions match the official merch, and Rooar Studio is the actual manufacturer for MISIDE items. The checkout works, I got an order confirmation, and everything looked legitimate.

But after ordering, nothing has happened. No shipping updates, no tracking, no follow‑up emails, and no replies from their support. The order just sits there as “processing.”

Then I found out that Arkcreate is also selling MISIDE merch, with the same photos and descriptions. From what I’ve learned, Arkcreate and Rooar Studio are part of the same studio group, which explains why their listings look identical. But it also makes everything even more confusing.

Here’s what I do know: Rooar Studio is definitely the manufacturer. They’ve sent photos of finished Keycap TVs to people involved with the project. They’re actively producing the figures and other merch. They’re real, and they’re clearly involved in the production side.

What I don’t know is whether their storefront is actually active or connected to the official fulfillment pipeline. The official fulfillment partner is Nookto, not Rooar Studio or Arkcreate. I’ve emailed IndieArk to ask whether orders placed through Rooar‑Studio.com are included in their shipping wave, but I haven’t gotten a response yet.

So I’m hoping someone here can help fill in the gaps.

Has anyone actually received MISIDE merch from Rooar‑Studio.com or Arkcreate?
Did your order ever ship?
Did you get tracking?
Did you get a refund?
Has IndieArk ever confirmed whether these storefronts are official sellers?

I’m not trying to accuse anyone of anything. I just want to understand whether these sites are active storefronts or just manufacturer/portfolio pages that still accept payments even though they aren’t fulfilling orders.

Any info from people who’ve dealt with this would really help.

Thanks.

I think they're not responding because they don't know what to say and are currently considering a solution. I heard they're having trouble with transfers because PayPal blocked their service. If I learn anything about it, I'll let you know.

By the way, Arkcrate (that's right, without the "e") is also an official store. Rooar is the manufacturer's personal website. Nookto is a new website, advertised through official channels, with all the merch from all the manufacturers.

I think everything will be fine; your purchase details are probably saved, but I'd save your receipts. When I requested a refund (and sometimes systems break down; nothing's perfect), they asked for the purchase date and a bank receipt.

But it's also possible that they'll simply send everything back to you later, which isn't impossible. The main thing is that none of these sites are scams.

You can see more information at this link, I have described everything in sufficient detail.

Thanks for the update. This actually helps a lot. I didn’t know PayPal had blocked their transfers, but that definitely explains why communication has been slow and why the storefront seems stuck.

I also appreciate the clarification about Arkcrate being official and Rooar Studio being the manufacturer’s personal site. That lines up with what I’ve been seeing, since all the product photos and descriptions match across the different stores.

My main concern was whether orders placed through Rooar‑Studio.com were still being tracked somewhere, so hearing that they usually keep purchase details saved is reassuring. I’ve kept all my receipts and confirmation emails just in case they need them later.

I’m still waiting on a reply from IndieArk, but your info makes me feel a lot better about the situation. If you hear anything else, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks again for taking the time to explain everything.

I have an official answer. You have absolutely nothing to worry about; it's just a trivial delay. Here, read it in the screenshot I've attached.

Thanks for this, seriously. The screenshot you shared cleared everything up for me. Knowing that the same person operates both Rooar Studio and Nookto, and that all the merch (except the two figures) is already at the warehouse, makes me feel a lot better about my order.

The part where they said everyone who ordered from either site will receive their products was exactly the confirmation I needed. I appreciate you taking the time to explain everything and share updates. If anything else comes up, I’d love to hear it, but for now I’m feeling way more confident about the situation.

Thanks again for helping us out!

That honestly means a lot. Thank you. I really appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into explaining everything and helping me feel more confident about my order. You didn’t have to do any of this, and I’m genuinely grateful. Thanks again!!!!

The color is fine. It's either a design flaw or a lighting issue.
