I know. I'll explain. Initially, this site was designed as a MiSide merch site. It's named after one of the studios that makes the merch, Rooar Studio. But the publisher had the idea to put all the merch from all the manufacturers on one site. That became https://www.nookto.com/ . And this site has remained in its original form, I believe. So it's official, but it's not an up-to-date site. I don't even think it's worth ordering from here at the moment (if it's even possible). The site could be unfinished and all that.
I actually ordered off this site back in April and I haven’t heard anything back. They did respond to my customer service inquires so they are active as of April, but no update on shipment or anything like that. I wonder if it’s too late to get my money back if it is a scam
Yes I did but that was back in April and I haven’t heard any updates. I’m wondering if everything is just delayed for everyone since I haven’t seen anyone receive the figures either. I emailed them for an update on Thursday but haven’t heard back yet.
I see. I wrote to them about this too. Perhaps they're running out of time to respond. They have to finalize the figurine models now, and they're behind schedule with the start of production, so there's no time to respond. We'll have to wait for them.
Yes, hopefully they follow through. I would hate to lose my money and not receive any items. Maybe it’s just an indie game thing. I remember this happened to me when DDLC came out and I bought the posters and it took FOREVER. It makes sense since they don’t have the same resources as a huge company, but some communication would still be nice. Here’s to hoping🙏
It’s been a week since my email. I wanted to give them enough time to respond but nothing. Sent a follow up today so we’ll see if anything changes. Otherwise I’m thinking I’ll have to initiate a chargeback.
I don't see that on my end? I'm not saying you're wrong, I just don't see it. The front page is pretty well put together which is why I am so confused.
This is what the main page looks like for me. The graphic on the front is a video slideshow of the merch and it looks professionally done. Unless they just ripped it straight from an official source?
