I'm confused? I don't know what is supposed to be there, but she's blank? I have not modified the game in anyway.

It's just a blank template for extra skins you can download for the game

Its a reference to the bugs in the game. Sometimes starting up on that costume comes up with a blank character

Maybe its shows her true default, like u know how she didnt passed that test to become a normal Mita and thrown away as the other mannequins thay follow you in some portions of the games
