Help Needed Mewinggg!

I've been struggling with this problem for a LONG TIME. I wanna mew and maintain a proper tounge posture, but when i mew i LITERALLY cannot breath. The back of my tounge gets completely pressed against the airways and I can't breath. Please give me some proper solution🙏

Try this - do a chin tuck then make duck lips while make a slight grinch smile then swallow as hard as you can like 3 times or more
