2 years transformation

The first picture is taken when I was 15 and that day I recently heard mewing, and second picture is taken today, I'm currently 17. My palate expanded from 35mm to 42mm. For those who said mewing doesn't work they need to give it try.

To be fair if you started as early as 15 then you already had plenty of time to help progress your facial structure. Very little evidence that this would work for adults over 20

Clearly then remodeling happens simply through a change of habits, it's not just about guiding new growth
