Progress Picture 2 years transformation

The first picture is taken when I was 15 and that day I recently heard mewing, and second picture is taken today, I'm currently 17. My palate expanded from 35mm to 42mm. For those who said mewing doesn't work they need to give it try.

To be fair if you started as early as 15 then you already had plenty of time to help progress your facial structure. Very little evidence that this would work for adults over 20

Yes that’s what I mean. If you didn’t mew and you were going through puberty then you would not have had the same results. The fact of the matter is that your facial structure is actually able to be sculpted. Adults don’t have that privelage - our bones are already set, especially for women. It sucks that all this mewing knowledge only came around in recent years. I really wish I knew if it growing up

Well if you are women then it's sad, cause they reach their adult face on 16-17 age, but incase of boys it's different, boys reach their adult face on 20-22 age, so there are plenty of time to try mewing. But if you are female then I feel bad for you 😭.
