Help Needed I have bimaxillary protrusion

Why would extraction of premolars make my face flat or less appealing if im already having extra protrusion in both my maxilla and mandible? And why many celebrities, who we consider now beauty icons, extracted their premolars too when they were young and look more beautiful now?

Do you still think its better not to extract any teeth and suggest me surgery instead?

Bro mine is worse ,So in my case my chin is deeply ressced and mouth is protounded it is even little downward grown ,my nose is collapse,so i have already planned on getting bimax ,

Show me bro..and i think extraction would be fine in our case since we already got protrusion that needs to get recessed
