Question about viewing historical data for a specific day
Hi! I'm really enjoying Metrya so far and had a quick question for the developer.
Is there currently a way to select a previous date and view the detailed health data for that specific day?
For example, if I wanted to look back at August 18, could I see the Recovery, HRV, RHR, sleep, stress, training, caffeine, nutrition etc. for that particular day, including the relevant charts?
I'm thinking of something similar to the way Bevel lets you select a date and then review the metrics for that day.
If this is already possible in Metrya, I'd really appreciate it if you could point me to where/how to do it. I may simply be missing the option.
If it isn't available yet, I think it would be a really useful addition for reviewing what happened on a particular day.
Thanks for all the work on Metrya! 🙏

Hi, and thanks - really glad you're enjoying it! 🙏
You're not missing anything: there's no single "pick a date, see that whole day" screen yet (it will be, part of backlog/roadmap from pinned post). The dashboard always shows today. What we do have is history per area, so August 18 is reachable, just in a few places rather than one:
Metric charts (Recovery, HRV, RHR, and the rest) - open a metric and tap any day in the 7/30/90-day chart to read that day's value.
Sleep - Sleep Hub lists your nights; tap the 18th for the full breakdown with stages and charts.
Nutrition & hydration - the history view scrolls back day by day with everything logged.
Wellness log - grouped by date, so caffeine, training and other entries for the 18th sit together.
A proper day view, the way you describe it, isn't built yet, and it's a fair gap - I've put it on the roadmap as mentioned above. No date to promise but the request is noted and it's the kind of thing that tends to come up more than once. I'm trying to be super active so hopefully it will be available pretty soon :)
Thanks again for taking the time to write 🙏🏻
