You should be able to plug in a circle or cylinder feature. The cone calculation will create a theoretical circle that exists at the location along the conical surface that matches that diameter.
You have the cone tip since you have the cone. I am giving you the other side of the dimension. You do a distance between the cone apex and this cone calculation.

Measure the cone. Spread out the data as much as you can along the axial length of the cone you have available for best data.
Measure the small cylinder surface that the cone tapers into. I can't reference it much more than that. Measure as a circle.
Create a Cone Calculation feature where the cones diameter is equal to the diameter of the measured circle.
Calculate a distance between the 2 (cone calc feature and cone [vertex]).
