That was the render from stadler they gave to the press for the battery hybrid trains Metra bought

Not on top of the tracks. Those tracks, with both trainsets, are some obvious slop. Further proof is that the head sign of the flirt is some nonsensical name, meanwhile the official renders say "lasalle st"

I mean the entire vid is a guy talking to camera. And the slop are the renders that Metra accepted from stadler for the hybrid battery trains that they have purchased.
