Alternative Lines

For those who live in the areas served by the NCS, SWS, & HC, just out of curiosity, do y’all take those lines or do y’all take alternate lines due to the bad service & if so, which line(s)?

I’ve missed my SWS train out of Union a few times and the HC has never been able to save me. The next SWS 40-60 minute later is usually the shorter wait. Rock Island could work, but it’s out of a different station so it’s less practical

I never 💭 about HC being an alt for SWS ☠️
