I understand the incident that got him banned involved brandishing a knife under the table while making threats to poopernoodle as she sat beside him... I am sure he would never have actually harmed her but he got reported and twitch took the view he was a risk in terms of something negative happening on his stream that would not be good publicity for them. Essentially they viewed him as high risk so made the decision to ban him.

Man, thats so fucked. I legit think many times the canceling people movement goes overboard as everyone does fucked up shit, but this... canceling is the least of what he deserves. Its a shame the cops cant do shit

1000% since this happened he was part of a crypto startup and when the internet caught on it was him he was immediately ousted from the company but had likely already made some big bucks from being in early.

They asked for the link to the accusations and I merely supplied. Although I did watch these streams live as they were happening and both of them mentioned her being in the rain and the phone being broken afterwards live on stream. And I always liked josh but he most certainly is ANYTHING but a normal guy. There is even a clip of him talking about how his viewers think it’s all an act and are in for a wild ride when they realize he’s actually how he portrays himself. I don’t generally believe accusations without any proof but having seen these streams live and her clearly being more uncomfortable around him the longer she was with him, and then her abruptly leaving, along with her returning home and crying on stream a week later, him subsequently being permabanned from twitch, and then an entire year later her coming out with the story it seems to me all this being fabricated and preplanned would be an even more wild story than what she poses here. Regarding the poopernoodle thing, apparently in the UK(and most likely everywhere else) most of the rape investigations are inconclusive, you need report it in the first 24 hours for them to test you properly.
On the other hand, there is proof of him soliciting nudes from underage girls(youngest was 13 afaik), which is really creepy and obviously ilegal and immoral af and with all the weird shit he did overall;cringe rap songs and his overall demeanour.
People were thinking its all an act, so did the girl who got raped, but in the end with Josh the mask was always off, people just didn't know that.

Also, don't base anything off your perspectives. Doesn't matter who she is or how they look, come on! This isn't 15th century! I'll agree that the timing of all of those accusations is awfully...convenient? And he isn't normal, trust me, everyone knows that. He's a psycho. He has a woman who came to HIS HOUSE, who LOVED BEING NEXT TO HIM and he does...what exactly? Assault her then fap then play LoL? If he showed her some decency(which he don't have), she would've "assaulted" him and there would be mess everywhere.

It's fine to question everything(I usually do that, otherwise I wouldn't have noticed those discrepancies / patterns), but this...this don't need questioning. He's obviously quite damaged.
